US Letter is 8.5 x 11 inches. A4 is 210 x 297 mm, slightly narrower and taller. Choose the file that matches the paper loaded in the printer so the driver has less scaling work to do.

Avoid cropping
A cropped edge usually means the document size and loaded paper disagree, or the printer reserves a larger non-printable margin. Start with the matching PDF and Actual size. If the preview cuts the border, use Fit and inspect the corridor width before printing the batch.
