What we can help with

  • Report a missing download, an incorrect solution, or unexpected generator results.
  • Suggest maze themes, difficulty levels, classroom packs, or new features.
  • Share feedback on printing, solving, or finding the right maze.
  • Let us know if a page is slow, broken, or confusing on your device.

Include the page link, what you expected, and what happened instead. For generator issues, include the maze seed and settings. For download or printing problems, mention the file format (PDF, SVG, or PNG), your browser, and your paper size. A link to a screenshot can help us understand a visual issue.

Response expectations

We aim to reply within a few business days. If your question is about a specific maze or pack, including its name or page link helps us find it and investigate faster.

We never ask for payment or passwords by email. Please share only the maze details needed to explain the issue, and leave out student names or other sensitive personal information.

Privacy note

When you contact us, we use the contact details and message you provide to respond to your inquiry. For information about site usage data, saved mazes, and how we handle personal information, read our Privacy Policy.
